W. Price Muir
Founder, President, CEO
Price Muir is the President, CEO and Founder of WPM Commercial, Inc (“WPM”), a private real estate acquisition, operation and disposition firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. Muir founded WPM in 2010 following a successful fifteen year career as an industrial investment property broker in Atlanta, GA.
Since its inception, WPM has acquired, managed/operated, held or disposed approximately 8mm square feet of industrial and office real estate space, in addition to approximately 1,000 acres plus of industrial land across the state of Georgia.
Muir is the General Partner / Manager for all of WPM’s associated single (to multiple) asset investment entities. Currently, WPM owns and controls over a million square feet of industrial space in the Atlanta area as well as hundreds of acres across Georgia.
Muir is the owner of the 80 acre “River Dawg Ranch” situated along the banks of the Chattahoochee River’s headwaters in the Sautee-Nacoochee Valley area of North Georgia’s Appalachian mountains. The River Dawg Ranch is a "for profit" family farm and cattle ranch with over 40 acres of hay and pasture, housing 15 black angus cows. More importantly, the River Dawg Ranch is a major 501(c)3 "non-profit" accommodating many local and Atlanta based charities as an event space including camping & fishing grounds. Muir is also on the board of directors for the Georgia Trust for Public Land ("TPC").
Muir currently lives in the Buckhead area of Atlanta with his wife and three children.
Nicole Vaziri
Operations Director
Nicole is responsible for the oversight of WPM’s Operations, including the company’s establishment and implementation of strategies, processes and objectives related to asset management. She is also directly involved in the company’s capital allocation, acquisition and financing activities and focused on developing and maintaining relationships with key tenants, vendors and third-party associates.
Nicole has over 15 years of experience working in commercial real estate operations and leasing. Most recently working in leasing and operations for NurembergMesse, an international tradeshow company, and prior to that with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and Bain & Company.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Clayton State University.
Jenna Kaba
Marketing Director
Jenna is responsible for WPM's Marketing and Public Relations.
