Founder, President, CEO
Price Muir is the Founder, President and CEO of WPM Commercial (“WPM”), a privately held real estate investment firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. WPM specializes in the acquisition, operation and disposition of industrial real estate assets. Mr. Muir formed WPM in 2011 following a successful 15-year career as an industrial leasing, sales and investment broker.
As a Principal, WPM has bought, held, and/or sold over 3,500,000 square feet of industrial space and over 350 acres of land, with a total transactional volume in excess of $250,000,000. WPM has extensive experience across a wide variety of industrial related real estate assets to include distribution/warehouse, manufacturing, food processing and freezer/ cold storage, intermodal/ truck terminals, office, retail, adaptive re-use, land, and debt instruments. Mr. Muir is the General Partner/Sponsor/Manager for all of WPM’s associated investment companies.
Mr. Muir graduated from the University of Georgia in 1995 with a BBA in Finance. He is a native of Atlanta and lives in Buckhead with his wife and three children.
Nicole is responsible for the oversight of WPM’s Operations, including the company’s establishment and implementation of strategies, processes and objectives related to asset management. She is also directly involved in the company’s capital allocation, acquisition and financing activities and focused on developing and maintaining relationships with key tenants, vendors and third-party associates.
Nicole has over 15 years of experience working in commercial real estate operations and leasing. Most recently working in leasing and operations for NurembergMesse, an international tradeshow company, and prior to that with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company andBain & Company.
She holds aBachelor of Science in Business Administration from Clayton State University
TJ is responsible for sourcing acquisitions for investments in the Southeastern US. This includes identifying, underwriting, and acquiring assets that are aligned with the firm’s long-term goals. Additionally, he works directly with third party leasing and property management teams at the operational level.
Previously, TJwas an analyst with Cantor Commercial Real Estate (CCRE), a subsidiary of Cantor Fitzgerald, in New York, NY. At CCRE, TJ was a part of the firm’s debt origination platform, providing innovative capital solutions to Borrowers across the country.
TJ earned a Bachelors of Arts in Finance at the University of South Carolina where he also played on the baseball team.
