WPM Commercial (“WPM”) is a private, closely held and well capitalized real estate investment firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. WPM specializes in the acquisition, operation and disposition of industrial assets in Atlanta and across the Southeast.
WPM was formed in 2010 by Price Muir following a successful 15 year career as an industrial sales & leasing broker. With over 30 acquisitions since its inception, WPM has purchased over 3,500,000
square feet of industrial space and over 850 acres of both raw and improved, income producing industrial land, with a total transactional volume in excess of $550,000,000.
